Bourré, Anselme "Sam" (1941 - 2023)
The family announces with sorrow his peaceful passing on Thursday, May 25 2023 at the age of 82 years after a 5 year battle with cancer. Son of the late Noë and of the late Rose-Aimé Bourre. Anselme died happy and content with a smile on his face surrounded by his wife Simone Mongeon and family. Dear father of Angel Duval, Laurie Bourré, Brenda Cowell, Samuel Bourre, and father-in-law of Emmanuel Kuepfer. Predeceased by his son-in-law Douglas. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Chantelle Mitton, Nicole Bourré (Alex McNeill), Lee, Jauue Cowell, Adam Cowell, Dwayne Salmon, Austin, Kody Dempster, Noelle Dempster, Zachary Bourré, and great-grandchildren Skylar, Keylin Mitton, Everyly Mitton, Cash, Gunner, Willow Salmon, and Madison Salmon. Dear brother of Dolores, Monique, Richard, Giselle Bourré, Elise (Hector), and Mariette. Predeceased by his other siblings. Greatly missed by Chris Mitton, Shannon Taylor, Matt Lowry, Denise Benner, and many other friends and family. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
