Obituary for Chantal Leblanc
Leblanc, Chantal (1981 – 2020)
The family announces with deep sadness her passing on Wednesday, November 11th 2020 at the North Bay Hospital. After a lengthy illness she leaves behind her two children Oston Blais and Jazmyn Blais of Sturgeon Falls, her parents Laurent Leblanc and Johanne Ratelle of Sturgeon Falls, her siblings Luc Leblanc of Brantford, Maegan Tremblay of Brantford and Mitzi Tremblay of North Bay. She also leaves behind her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins as well as her longtime friends Diane and Laurent Lapensee along with many others. A mass of Christian burial will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Sturgeon Falls, at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 21st. The family would like to thank the staff at the North Bay Renal unit as well as the staff at the C.C.U. for their compassionate care. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations in Chantal's memory be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Kidney Foundation.
