The family announces with sorrow her death in Sturgeon Falls on wednesday, June 10th, 2020 at the age of 88 years. Daughter of the late William Plante and of the late Maria Plante (née Lapierre). Wife of the late Yvon Brassard. Dear mother of Suzanne (Daniel), Chantal, Joanne (Marcel), Lise (Andrew) and Fernand (Jeanne). Predeceased by her son Jean-Marc (Jeannette). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Jacynthe, Patrick, Edith, Janique, Marc, Louis, Yves, Sylvie, Michelle, Anik, Brandon, Jenessa, Martin, Christine, Chantale and Sophie as well as her great-grandchildren Kaelee, Alexandre, Loïc, Aryanne, Mélodie, Émilie, Jake, Genie, Hayden, Hailey, Caleb, Jeremy, Madyson, Michayla, Milana, Amélie, Alex, Jack, Tyler, Jordan, Dylan, Alexie and Ryan. Sister of Maurice (Susan), Etienne (Diane), Dorilé (late Gaetane), Cécile Fournier (late Marcel), Annette Labelle (late Raymond), Camille (Dawn), Rodrigue (Jeanne), Gilles (late Thérèse) (Irene), Hubert (late Chantal), Yvon (Linda) and Christine Haymes (Douglas). Predeceased by her siblings Fleurette Fortier (late Jean-Claude) (Bert), Claude (Cathy), Vital (late Normande), Roch (Brenda), Albias (Gisele), Marcel (late Flore) and Fernand (late Berthe). A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements in care of Theoret Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the Hummingbird Hospice.
