Aubertin, Diane (née Roberge) 1952-2020
Diane Aubertin (née Roberge), 67, passed away on Saturday, February 15th, 2020 at the West Nipissing General Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the loving wife of Michel Aubertin. Caring mother to her daughter Ginette Lapensee (Alain Quennevile) and cherished by her grandsons, Eric-Michel and Patrick St-Georges.
Diane was born February 29th, 1952 in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario. She was the eldest daughter of the late Romeo and Simone Roberge (née Restoule). Dear sister to Suzanne (Luc Danis), Rachelle (Danny Baker) Rheal (Ginette Roussel) and predeceased by her brothers Pierre (Francine Rainville) and Michel (Claudette Lapensee), all of Sturgeon Falls. Diane will be missed by her many nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Diane was an avid card payer who loved spending time with her family and friends, especially over a cup of coffee.
At the request of Diane, cremation services were entrusted to the Théorêt Bourgeois Funeral Home and there will not be any service. For those who wish, donations in memory of her are welcomed to the Canadian Cancer Society.
