The family announces with sorrow his death in Sturgeon Falls, Wednesday April 26, 2023 at the age of 71 years. Son of the late Donat and of the late Colombe (née Proulx) Godin. Loving father of Carmen Godin. Predeceased by his daughter Julie Pitrowski (Lukasz). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Alexander, Cassandra, Anthony, Summer and his many nieces and nephews. Dear brother of Georgette Pilkington (late George), Roger (Christine), Laurette Blais (Richard), Susanne Haslett, Denise Lachance (Mike Boisvert), Gisele Godin, Gerald (Gail), and Nicole Brazeau. Predeceased by his brother Marcel. A mass will be held on May 12, 2023 at the St-Rose de Lima church in River Valley at 11:00 a.m. Funeral arrangements in care of the Theoret-Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls.
