Jacqueline (Jackie) Sullivan (née Whelan) passed away January 16th, 2020. Born April 1, 1923. Predeceased by her husband Norville Sullivan and her parents James T Whelan and Viola Whelan (née Simms) as well as her brother George Whelan. Survived by her daughter Angela Lavictoire (Robert) and sons Michael Sullivan (Nancy), and Pat Sullivan (Louise) as well as four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Jackie worked as a nurse in public health at the St. Jean de Brebeuf Hospital in Sturgeon Falls. After leaving the hospital, she went on to teach at Canador College. The family will receive friends at the Theoret Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls on Sunday, January 19, 2020 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Sorrows Church at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 20, 2020.
