La famille Chrétien a le regret de vous annoncer son décès survenu à Sudbury, le dimanche 12 février, 2023 à l'âge de 83 ans. Fils de feu Roméo Chrétien et de feu Blanche Chrétien (née Pressé). Époux de Françoise Chrétien (née Lebeau). Père de Julie (Gerhard Palkovits) et Johnny (Joanne). Son souvenir restera gravé dans la mémoire de ses petits-enfants Corey (Charity), Marika, Liane et Mark ainsi que ses arrières-petits-enfants Ayden, Noah et Alyssa. Frère de Carmen Corriveau (Armand), Robert (Jeannine), Pierrette Dalcourt (Gérard), Rhéal (Pauline), Hubert (Lucie), Michel (Jocelyne), Lise Chrétien-Gardner (Mike), Sylvie Chrétien-Makela (Richard) et Alain. Prédécédé par ses frères et sœurs Normand, Marcelle et Raymond. Il laisse également dans le deuil de nombreux neveux et nièces. La famille tient à remercier tout le personnel des planchers 4 Nord et 6 Sud de l'Hôpital Horizon Santé Nord pour les excellents soins prodigués. Un merci tout spécial aux infirmières et aux préposés aux services de soutien à la personne du Centre de Cancérologie du Nord-Est pour le professionnalisme démontré. La famille Chrétien recevra parents et amis au salon funéraire Theoret-Bourgeois, Sturgeon Falls, le samedi 18 février, 2023 de 13h00 à 15h00. Le service funéraire suivra dans la chapelle vers 15h30. The family announces with sorrow his death in Sudbury, on Sunday, February 12th, 2023, at the age of 83 years. Son of the late Roméo Chrétien and of the late Blanche Chrétien (née Pressé). Husband of Françoise Chrétien (née Lebeau). Father of Julie (Gerhard Palkovits) and Johnny (Joanne). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Corey (Charity), Marika, Liane and Mark as well as his great-grandchildren Ayden, Noah and Alyssa. Brother of Carmen Corriveau (Armand), Robert (Jeannine), Pierrette Dalcourt (Gérard), Rhéal (Pauline), Hubert (Lucie), Michel (Jocelyne), Lise Chrétien-Gardner (Mike), Sylvie Chrétien-Makela (Richard) and Alain. Predeceased by his siblings Normand, Marcelle and Raymond. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank all the staff on floors 4 North and 6 South of Health Sciences North for the excellent care provided. A special thank you to the nurses and personal support workers at the Northeast Cancer Center for their professionalism. The family will receive friends at the Theoret-Bourgeois funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls, on Saturday, February 18th, 2023, from 1pm to 3pm.
