Marleau, Jean Noel (1931 - 2024)
With sadness, the family announces the death of Jean Noel Marleau in Sturgeon Falls on Thursday January 18th, 2024 at the age of 92. He died peacefully at Au Chateau with his family by his side. Son of the late Adelba Marleau and of the late Rose-Alba (née Beauparlant) Marleau. Husband of the late Georgette (née Lévesque) Marleau. Loving father of Raymond (Joanne) and Paul. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his 4 grandchildren Sabrina Bradley (Steve), Stephane (Kayla) of Hammond, Sophie, Miguel, and his 5 great grandchildren Terry Bradley, Trey Bradley, Tristan, Lucas, and Arielle Marleau. Predeceased by his daughter Jocelyne. Dear brother of Andre (Joe) (wife Denise) Marleau. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters Roland, Lionel, Simone Guénette, Gracia Théoret, and Agnès Landry. Jean-Noel was co-owner of J.A. Marleau and Sons garage. He enjoyed wintering in Florida, RV camping, deer hunting, and spending time with friends and family at the summer cottage on Lake Nipissing. He was known for his endless generosity, kindness, and love for his family. Thank you to the staff at Au Chateau Section A for the excellent care provided. The family will receive friends at the Théoret-Bourgeois funeral home, Sturgeon Falls from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday February 3, 2024. Donations to the Au Chateau or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.

Fils de feu Adelba Marleau et de feu Rose-Alba Marleau (née Beauparlant). Époux de feu Georgette Marleau (née Levesque). Père bien aime de Raymond (Joanne) et Paul. Son souvenir restera gravé dans la mémoire de ses quatre petits-enfants Sabrina Bradley (Steve), Stephane (Kayla) de Hammond, Sophie, Miguel, et ses 5 arrière-petits-enfants Terry Bradley, Trey Bradley, Tristan, Lucas et Arielle Marleau. Prédécédé par sa fille Jocelyne. Frère de Andre (Joe) Marleau (épouse Denise). Prédécédé par ses frères et sœurs Roland, Lionel, Simone Guénette, Gracia Théoret et Agnès Landry. Jean-Noel était copropriétaire du garage J. A. Marleau et Fils. Il aimait passer l’hiver en Floride, faire du camping roulotte, la chasse au chevreuil et passer du temps avec amies et famille au camp sur le lac Nipissing. Il était reconnu pour sa générosité, sa gentillesse et son amour envers sa famille. Merci au personnel de la Section A du Au Château pour les soins exceptionnels. La famille recevra parents et amis au salon funéraires Théoret-Bourgeois, Sturgeon Falls de 14h00 à 16h00 pm le samedi 3 février, 2024.
