The family announces with sorrow her death in Sturgeon Falls, Wednesday January 9th, 2019 at the age of 58 years. Daughter of the late Lucien Jodouin and of Lucienne Deguire. Beloved wife of Yvon Philion. Dear mother of Wilfrid, Nathalie (Tim Vaillancourt), Michelle (Duane Murdy) and Julie (Cory Young). .Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her 13 grandchildren, 7 step-grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Predeceased by her grandson Nathan Mantha. Survived by her siblings Cécile Jodouin (Ken Landry), Thérèse Jodouin, Lorraine Jodouin (Dan Fader), Daniel Jodouin (Joelle Lavoie), Denis Jodouin (Anne-Marie D’Aoust) and Michel. Predeceased by her brothers André Jodouin (Pauline Ratelle) and Richard Jodouin. Jeanine absolutely loved spending time with her grandchildren. She liked to travel and spend time with family. The family will receive friends at the Théorêt Bourgeois funeral home, Friday January 18th, 2019 from 1 to 3 pm. A chapel service will follow at 3pm.
