The family announces with sorrow her death in Sturgeon Falls, Thursday, October 17th 2019, at the age of 95 years. Daughter of the late Théodule Giroux and of the late Graziella (née Remillard) Giroux. Beloved wife of the late Armand Lafrance. Loving Mother of Yvon, Gerard (Nataline), Michel (Natalie), and Hector (Liz) of Kitchener, Bernard, Marie Lafrance, and Armande Imbeau (Marcel) all of Sturgeon Falls, Pete Lafrance (Nicole) of North Bay, and Lorraine Berichon (Rhéal) of Brantford. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear sister of André (Marguerite) and Irène Lafantaise of Verner, Lucille Leblanc and Lilliane Fournier (Roland) of Hanmer, and Germaine Labelle of Sudbury. Predeceased by her Children Raymond, Jean Paul, and Guy as well as by her brothers and sisters Roméo, Réne, Henri, Anita Bellemare, Jeanette Leblanc, and Claude. The family will receive friends at the Théorêt-Bourgeois Funeral Home on Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St-Jean-Baptiste church, Verner on Monday October 21st at 11:00 a.m.
