Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of Marty. We met Marty through Allan McPherson about 12 years ago when we shared a meal and had a singsong listening to Marty play his guitar and sing us songs. We now have a place beside John and Mary Galloway in Dokis. Marty was a wonderful man and he will be missed by all.

Our sincere sympathies

Since I was a kid Marty and I always joked about going water skiing all we needed was some pantyhose was such a kind soul definitely going to miss him and his singing and jokes was never a dull moment I wish his family all my sympathies in this time and until we meet again marty.

I used to spend my summers as a young boy, at his parent’s ( Angus & Loreena) house and Marty was so kind to my Gramma and I. He showed me how he did his wood work, he took me out on boat rides. These were formidable years that are now great memories. Later in life he was so kind and helpful to my mom and for all that he did; I will never ever forget what a man he was.
Have a great trip home to the Spirit World my friend.
Craig Campbell and in memory, Marg Dokis.
