Gauthier, Michel (1950-2019)
The family announces with sorrow his death in Sturgeon Falls, Saturday February 16, 2019 at the age of 68 years. Son of Solange Gauthier (née Beauvais) of Sturgeon Falls and of the late Laurier Gauthier. Loving husband of Monique Ladouceur of Sturgeon Falls. Michel is survived by his children Tina Gauthier (Jason) of North Cobalt, Steve Gauthier of Sturgeon Falls and Janie Ladouceur (Cody) also of Sturgeon Falls. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Cassandra, Cory, Hunter and Caleb. Also survived by his sisters Rachel Gauthier of Ottawa, Hélène Savignac (Jean) of Sturgeon Falls and by his brothers Len Gauthier (Diane) and Joseph Gauthier both of Sturgeon Falls. His many nieces and nephews treasure their fond memories of Michel. The family will receive friends at the Théoret Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls, Friday April 12th, 2019 from 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday April 13th, 2019 at 11 am in Sacré Coeur Church, Sturgeon Falls. Donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
