It is with great sadness that the family announces his sudden death on Saturday, June 13th, 2020 at the age of 18 years. Beloved son of Paulina & Konrad Lubian. Twin brother of Alex and older brother to Justin. Dear grandson of Dziadzia Ziggy & Babcia Alina Piotrowski and Babcia Misia & Dziadek Witek Lubian. Beloved best friend and boyfriend of Jazmine Parsons. Patrick will be missed by all his cousins Summer, Emma, Anthony, Phillip, Joey, Dominick & Daniel. He will be missed by many Aunts, Uncles, Wujos and Ciocia’s and his closest friends; way too many to list. Patrick was a very active child; he played soccer and hockey and met many friends through sports. He always made everyone laugh and was convinced he was way smarter and cuter than his younger (by 45 minutes) twin brother Alex. Patrick was born at 3lbs 5oz and was ready to take on the world. Patrick lived by the textbook definition “Living your Life to the Fullest”. Even though Patrick struggled all through his life with asthma he never let his condition hold him back. He will be remembered by his gardening skills, unique fashion choices, crazy driving and his ability to make people laugh. Patrick, ‘I hope your able to write on the stairway to Heaven in sharpie like you did on our walls’.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Asthma Society Canada would be appreciated. Visitations for friends and family will be held Saturday, June 20th, 2020 from 12pm to 2pm, followed by words of remembrance from family and close friends.
There will be a celebration of life at later date.
