The family announces with sorrow his sudden death in Sturgeon Falls on Saturday, June 22nd 2019, at the age of 79 years. Son of the late Alex and the late Gertrude (née Leblanc) Fortin. Loving husband of Aldine (née Stewart). Dear father of Lynn Fortin and of the late Mark Fortin. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Jason (Chelsea), Lauri (Paul), and Renée (Kevin) and by his great grandchildren Mia, Lexi, Ryan, Traven, Kaleb, Kloé, Piper and Riley. Also survived by his brothers Denis Fortin, Don Fortin, and by his sister Denise Gendron. Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date in care of Théorêt Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls.
