Well Rita, you left us. As much as I begged you not to leave me here alone, a higher power had other plans for you. You left without a good bye. We knew that day would come, it does not make it easier. I sit here thinking of how much we did not do, the time we lost, because tomorrow is never promised to anyone. You put up one heck of a fight, even as sick and tired as you were, you hung on. Thank you for that, it gave us more time with you. You were the only family I had left. I miss you so much. You never took time for yourself, always thinking of someone else, you died trying. You are at peace now, I should be happy for you, I am, but the hard part is living without you now. You were my sister, I love you. If there is an after life, we shall meet again. Rest now.
