The family announces with sorrow his death in Sudbury, Wednesday October 9, 2019, in his 91 year. Son of the late Anatole Dupuis and of the late Anna Rancourt. Loving husband of Rollande Dupuis (née Durette). Dear father of Yolande Prévost (Carmel “Mel”), Raymond, Serge, Gaston (Bev), Guy (Sharlene), Carmen Van Amstel (Nick) and Luc. Predeceased by his daughter Suzanne “Sue”. Robert is survived by his grandchildren Daniel, Marc, Vivianne, Danielle, Jenny, André, Candice, Angela, Shaun, Nicolaas, Emily and Robert Jr. predeceased by Natasha Also survived by his great grandchildren Danielle, Darian, Spencer, Jessica, Brittany, Makenzie and Kendra. He also leaves behind his great-great-grandchild Kairi. He is survived by his brother Jacques (Gail) and sister Mona (late Venance Forget). Predeceased by his siblings Joffre, Hector, Irene, Réjeanne and Irené. The family will receive friends at the Théoret Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls, on Monday October 14, 2019 after 10 am. The funeral service will follow at 11:30 am in the funeral home chapel. Donations would be appreciated for the Sudbury Hospice Foundation or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
