La famille a le regret de vous annoncer son décès à Sturgeon Falls, le mardi 18 mai 2021 à l’âge de 93 ans. Fils de feu Léandre et feu Margaret (née Rae) Sabourin. Époux de feu Cécile (née Landry). Père bien aimé de Huguette Lepage (Joffre), Carmen Danis (Robert), Gisèle Lacourciere (Réjean), Linda Louiseize (Charles), Francine Sabourin-Cybolsky (Gord Cybolsky), Robert Sabourin (Claire), Roxanne St-Aubin (Yves) et Jean Pierre Sabourin (Teresa). Son souvenir restera gravé dans la mémoire des ses 16 petits-enfants, ses 10 arrière-petits-enfants et ses 3 arrière-arrière-petits-enfants qui forment la cinquième génération. Prédécédé par son petit-fils Stéphane. Prédécédé par ses frères et sœurs Jeane D’Arc Ferlatte (feu Jean-Paul), Rev Sr. Marie Claire Sabourin F.D.L.S., Ernestine Aubertin, Richard, Aurele, Ligouri, Clothilde Lalande, Rodrigue (Irene), Alcide (Jeanne Lafleur), Jocelyne Cayer (feu Jean-Louis) et Lucille Restoule (feu Léo). Lui est survi également son amie Antoinette Benoit. Un membre actif dans sa communauté, Rosaire a été membre du conseil municipal du conté de Springer pendant 22 ans, membre du conseil d’administration Au Château pendant 6 ans, ainsi qu’un membre des Chevalier de Colombe au 3ieme et au 4ieme dégrée. En raison de la pandémie un service privé aura lieu. Les arrangements funéraires sont confiés au salon funéraire Theoret-Bourgeois, Sturgeon Falls.
The family announces with sorrow his death in Sturgeon Falls, Tuesday May 18th, 2021 at the age of 93 years. Son of the late Léandre and of the late Margaret (née Rae) Sabourin. Beloved husband of the late Cécile (née Landry). Dear father of Huguette Lepage (Joffre), Carmen Danis (Robert), Gisèle Lacourciere (Réjean), Linda Louiseize (Charles), Francine Sabourin-Cybolsky (Gord Cybolsky), Robert Sabourin (Claire), Roxanne St-Aubin (Yves) and Jean Pierre Sabourin (Teresa). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his 16 grandchildren, his 10 great grandchildren and his 3 great great grandchildren of whom which represent the fifth generation. Predeceased by his grandson Stéphane. Predeceased by his siblings Jeane D’Arc Ferlatte (late Jean-Paul), Rev Sr. Marie Claire Sabourin F.D.L.S., Ernestine Aubertin, Richard, Aurele, Ligouri, Clothilde Lalande, Rodrigue (Irene), Alcide (Jeanne Lafleur), Jocelyne Cayer (late Jean-Louis) and Lucille Restoule (late Léo). An active member of his community, Rosaire was a municipal council member of Springer county for 22 years, an administrative council member at Au Chateau for 6, and a member of the Knights of Columbus 3rd and 4th degree. Due to the pandemic a private service will be held. Funeral arrangements in care of the Theoret-Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls.
