La famille à le regret de vous annoncer son décès survenu à Sturgeon Falls, le vendredi 18 février 2022 à l’âge de 79 ans. Fille de feu Edgar et de feu Edith (née Hewitt) Roy. Épouse de feu Roger Brazeau. Amie de Willie Cauchon. Mère bien aimée de Carole Brazeau-Weisflock (Brian Weisflock) et Lynn Cartier (Michel). Son souvenir restera gravé dans la mémoire de ses petits-enfants Gaetan Cartier (Dayle Brandon), Serge Cartier (Marie DeGrow), Celeste Bouchard (Ice Peerawattuk) et son arrière-petit-enfant Jaie Cartier. Sœur de Linda McCabe (Ed) et Albert Shamess (Christina). Prédécédée par sa fille Suzanne Brazeau (Craig Salmonson) et son frère Wayne Shamess. Simone aimait sa communauté et elle soutenait des œuvres caritatives et les organisations locales. Une célébration de vie sera annoncée à une date ultérieure. Les arrangements funéraires sont confiés au Salon Funéraire Théorêt-Bourgeois, Sturgeon Falls. The family announces with sorrow her death in Strugeon Falls, Friday February 18th, 2022 at the age of 79 years. Daughter of the late Edgar and of the late Edith (née Hewitt) Roy. Beloved wife of the late Roger Brazeau. Friend of Wille Cauchon. Dear mother of Carole Brazeau-Weisflock (Brian Weisflock) and Lynn Cartier (Michel). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Gaetan Cartier (Dayle Brandon), Serge Cartier (Marie DeGrow), Celeste Bouchard (Ice Peerawattuk), and by her great-grandchild Jaie Cartier. Dear sister of Linda McCabe (Ed) and Albert Shamess (Christina). Predeceased by her daughter Suzanne Brazeau (Craig Salmonson) and by her brother Wayne Shamess. Simone loved her community and was always willing to help or lend support to the local charities and organizations. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Funeral arrangements in care of the Theoret-Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls. Donations to the West Nipissing Food Bank or the Horizon Center for women would be appreciated.
