Roy, Thérèse (1931 - 2022)
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our dear Mother, on March 13th, 2022 in Sturgeon Falls at the age of 91 years. Beloved wife of the late Roland Roy of Hagar. Sadly missed by her children Kyle (Nicole), Ginette (Jason) and her only beloved grandchild Kassidy. Predeceased by her parents Adélard Roy and Glorianna (née Gauthier). Predeceased by her siblings Laurette (late Laurent), Laura (late Lucien), Jacqueline (late Jacques), Marcel (Denise) and Claude (Jeanine). Predeceased by all her in-laws.
She had a big heart, a great sense of humour and loved when people stopped in for a visit. We will miss her famous Christmas dinners. Her tourtières, stuffing and ragout were the absolute best.
As per the family's request, there will be no visitation. A private service will be held. Donations to Au Château would be appreciated.
