C'est avec une grande tristesse que la famille Lafontaine vous annonce son décès survenu très vite à Ottawa, le jeudi, le 7 décembre, 2023 à l'âge de 79 ans.
Fils de feu Jean Lafontaine et de feu Pauline Lafontaine (née Pilon) de St.Charles, Ontario.
Époux bien aimé de Annette Lafontaine (née Séguin) pour 57 belles années.
Il laisse aussi ses chers enfants Gilles Lafontaine (Mel) et Lizanne Caron (Bruce), ses deux petits enfants, Chantal (Roy) et Patrick (Sarah), et ses deux arrières-petits-enfants, Antonios et Elias.
Frère de Clémence Bidal (feu Raymond), Francine Bidal (Gary), feu Gäetan Lafontaine (Nicole), Denis Lafontaine (Lynn) et Michel Lafontaine (Georgette).
Il y aura une Célébration de Vie le 25 mai, 2024 dès 10h30 dans le sous-sol de l'église St David, Noëlville Ontario.
Les arrangements funérailles sont confiés au Salon Funéraire Théoret Bourgeois, Sturgeon Falls.

It is with heavy hearts that the Lafontaine family announces his sudden death in Ottawa, on Thursday, December 7th, 2023, at the age of 79 years.
Son of the late Jean Lafontaine and of the late Pauline Lafontaine (née Pilon) of St. Charles, Ontario.
Beloved husband of Annette Lafontaine (née Séguin) for over 57 beautiful years.
Dear father of Gilles Lafontaine (Mel) and Lizanne Caron (Bruce). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Chantal (Roy) and Patrick (Sarah) as well as his great-grandchildren Antonios and Elias.
Brother of Clémence Bidal (late Raymond), Francine Bidal (Gary), late Gäetan Lafontaine (Nicole), Denis Lafontaine (Lynn) and Michel Lafontaine (Georgette).
A celebration of life will be held on the 25th of May, 2024 at 10:30 am in the basement of St David Church, Noëlville, Ontario.
