It is with heavy hearts that the Amyot family announces his sudden death in Cache Bay, Friday November 13th 2015 at the age of 71 years. Son of the late Florian “Ti-Noir” Amyot and of the late Florida (née Janveau) Amyot. Beloved husband of Jocelyne (née Savard) Amyot of 51 years. Loving father of Bernard (Thérèse) of Welland, Brian (Christine) and Sylvie Amyot-Danis (Fern) both of Sturgeon Falls. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Justin Danis (Natasha), Joey Danis (Michelle), Daniel Amyot, Alain Amyot and by his great grandchildren Conner and Abigail Danis. Also survived by his sisters Pierrette Trahan (Émile) of North Bay and Lucille Calbrales of London. Predeceased by his sister Cecile Johnston and by his brother Florian “Mono” Amyot. The family will receive friends at the Théorêt Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls, Monday, November 16th 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday November 17th, 2015 at 11 am in Ste-Thérèse d’Avila Church, Cache Bay.
