The family announces with sorrow her death at the West Nipissing General Hospital, Sturgeon Falls, on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at the age of 70. Daughter of the late Donald Colquhoun and of the late Elise (née Galipeau) Colquhoun. Cherished wife of Harold Fraser of Cache Bay. Loving mother of Clifford of Toronto and Cherie Penasse (Raymond) of Garden Village. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Dakota, Shawnee, Hanna and Brock. Dear sister of Donald (Marion) of North Bay and Ronald (Millie) of Kipling. The family will receive friends at the St Andrew’s United Church, Sturgeon Falls, on Saturday, February 23, 2013 after 10:30 am. Funeral service will follow at 11 am.
