The family announces with sorrow his death in Sturgeon Falls Saturday July 19, 2014 at the age of 73 years. Son of the late Alphonse Lariviere Sr. and of the late Evelyne (née Dokis) Lariviere Predeceased by his wife Claire (née Leblanc) Lariviere and by his fiancé Marguerite Lapointe. Dear father of Danny, Brian (Tina), Sandra Jarvis (Mike), Bruce, Wayne (Wendy). Predeceased by his son Gary. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Matti, Andrew, Rodney, Samantha, Brian Jr., Mercedes, Shawn, Cody Logan, Makenzy, Steven, Gimmalee and by his great grandchildren Lawson, Anthony, Patrick, Jonathan and Jassmynns. Brother of Clyde, Beverley Belanger and Charles. Predeceased by his brothers Leonard Dokis (Shirley), Eugene and by his sisters Elenor Johanson, Caroline and Jane. The family will receive friends at the Michael “Aigle“ Dokis Community Complex, Dokis First Nation on Wednesday July 23rd 2014 after 2:00.
