The family announces with sorrow her death on Friday, June 10, 2016 at the age of 73 years. Daughter of the late Harris Armitage and of the late Laura (née Boucher) Armitage. Loving wife of Roland Seguin of Sturgeon Falls. Dear mother of Paul (Line) and Marc (Julie). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Melanie (Gin), Shawn (Angele), and Patrick (Christine). Dear sister of Norm (Sandy), Marlene (Denis), and Coreen (late Jim). Predeceased by her siblings Bud (Joyce), Tom (Jenny), Sharon, and Barb (late Jerry). She was a gentle woman with a loving nature who found goodness in everyone. Bernice was an entrepreneur and was gifted with great people skills. She was loved by all. Many thanks to the V.O.N., the North Nay Regional Health Centre, and the West Nipissing General Hospital nursing staff. We sincerely appreciate the special care and attention provided by Dr. Martin Desjardins. The family will receive friends at the Théorêt Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls on Friday, June 17th from 7-9 pm and Saturday June 18th from 9-10:30 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Sturgeon Falls at 11:00 am. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated (cheques only).
