The family announces with sorrow her death in North Bay, Thursday May 31, 2012, at the age of 54 years. Loving daughter of Vita Young of North Bay and of the late Ben McLeod of Garden Village. Predeceased by her husband, Gilles Gagné. Dear mother of Jonas Gagné of Sudbury and Geneviève Gagné (Cory Couchie) of North Bay. Predeceased by her daughter Jasmine McLeod. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Kayne and Kingston. Also survived by her brothers and sisters Wayne McLeod (Heather Black), Perry McLeod -Shabogesic (Laurie), Keith McLeod, Scott McLeod (Nicole), Jan McLeod (Doug Archer), Donna McLeod (late Bradley Burden), Kelly McLeod, all of Nipissing First Nation and Leona Moore of Rexdale. Bonnie was a snowplow operator with the Public Works Department of the City of North Bay. The McLeod family will receive friends in Holy Spirit Church, Garden Village after 9 am. Tuesday with closing ceremonial services on Wednesday morning beginning at 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., followed by a light lunch/feast at the Garden Village Community Centre.
