Ellen  Lajeunesse (née Woito)
The family announces with sorrow her death in North Bay, Sunday October 5th 2014 at the age of 86 years. Daughter of the late Herbert Woito and of the late Nettie (née Layman) Woito. Dear mother of Maxwell (Viviane) of Markstay, Ann Bolger (late John) of North Bay and Robert (Gert) of Sturgeon Falls. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Daniel (Nicole), Melissa (Pierre), Cynthia (Mark), Katie and by her 3 great grandchildren Chloé, Janelle and Finn. Also survived by her sister Lilliann Williams (late Edward) of Perth. Predeceased by her sisters Laura Matthers (late Harold), Edna Fraser (late Doug) and by her brothers Max, Edwin (late Vicky) and Norman (Rita of Sturgeon Falls). Ellen was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 225, Sturgeon Falls. She was also very active in the Quilting group at St. Andrew’s United Church. An avid outdoors person, she also enjoyed reading and writing her own short stories. The family will receive friends at the Théorêt Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls, Thursday October 9th 2014 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00. Funeral service will be held Friday October 10th 2014 at 11:00 in St. Andrew’s United Church, Sturgeon Falls. Donations to the St. Andrew’s United Church Fund would be appreciated (cheques only)
