The family announces with sorrow her death in Sturgeon Falls, Thursday April 12 2012, at the age of 86 years. Daughter of the late Céléphat Valade and the late Albertine (née Gingras) Valade. Wife of the late Francis (Teco) Trottier. Dear mother of Linda Beaudry (late Yvon) and Bob Trottier (Linda) both of Cache Bay. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her 3 grandchildren Heather, David and Dean and her 3 great-grandchildren Angèle, Kyla and Wyatt. Survived by her sisters Huguette Archambault (Jacques) of Sturgeon Falls, Gail Hanson (George) of Brantford and Jean Hill (Howard) of New York. Predeceased by her 5 brothers Johnny, Gerry, Rolly, Guy and Claude and her 4 sisters Laurette, Mary, Laura and Jacqueline. The family will receive friends at Our Lady of Sorrow Church, Sturgeon Falls, Saturday April 21st 2012, for a Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated at 11am. The family wishes to express a special thank you to Dr. Katsuno and nursing staff at the West Nipissing General Hospital for their excellent care and compassion shown to Frances.
