The family announces with sorrow his death in Sturgeon Falls, Saturday April 18th 2015 at the age of 70 years. Son of the late Joseph Irwin Mason and of the late Irene (née Langlois) Mason. Loving husband of Hélène (née Lapensée) Mason of Sturgeon Falls. Dear brother of Sandra Charette (Maurice) of Sudbury, Penny Michalak (Les), Vicky Mason-Espin (Eduardo) both of Burlington. Predeceased by his brother Bernard (late Marge) and by his sister Margaret-Rose Burke (Clayton). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his many nephews and nieces as well as his many sisters-in-law and brothers-in law and friends. The family wishes to express a special thank you to the doctors and staff at the West Nipissing General Hospital for their care and compassion towards Gary. The family will receive friends in St- Jean Baptiste Church, Verner Saturday April 25th, 2015 after 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the West Nipissing General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated (cheques only).
