The family announces with sorrow his death in Sturgeon Falls, Friday September 12th 2014, with his family by his side, at the age of 82 years. Son of the late William Bédard and of the late Alexandrine (née Paiement) Bédard. Loving husband of Bernice (née Constantin) Bédard of Sturgeon Falls. Dear father of Nicole Bédard (René) of Field, André (Joni) of Sudbury and Lisette Bédard of Sturgeon Falls. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his 10 grandchildren Éric, Shawn, David, Marc, Nicholas, Christopher, Jessica, Ryan, Mathieu, Ricky and by his 2 great-grandchildren Riley and Annabelle. Also survived by his sister Colette Bédard (late Armand) of Chénéville, QC. Predeceased by all his other brothers and sisters. The family wishes to thank Dr. Anawati and Dr. Susini as well as the staff at the West Nipissing General Hospital for their excellent care. The family will receive friends at Théorêt Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls Tuesday September 16th 2014 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00. Funeral service will be held Wednesday September 17th 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
