Aunt Jeanne..always a smile, always a laugh and always ready to dance the night away.

Some of my most vivid memories of my childhood include visiting with my favorite auntie. The moment I discovered she was coming to visit my excitement began brewing. Her smiles and love of life were the first things I noticed the second she stepped through the door. She was filled with an abundance of joy and such a positive view of life.

I remember having the oppurtunity to accompany her to a dance club and there we danced the night away till the wee hours of the morning! The night was filled with more fun then I had ever experienced and I realised if I could extract just a drop of her extreme joy then my life would be filled with happiness.

My week at her cottage in Sturgeon Falls was a week I will never forget. My son Daniel took his very first steps in that cozy cottage and he was so proud as was I. Aunt Jane welcomed us with open arms and took us down memory lane with stories about the Delorme homestead that I treasure today.

I will miss Aunt Jeanne. She lived life to the fullest like every moment was her last.
