The family announces with sorrow her death in Sturgeon Falls, Wednesday May 2 2012, at the age of 73 years. Daughter of the late Omer Venne and the late Lucienne (née Beauparlant) Venne. Predeceased by her husband Joseph Sabourin. Loving mother of Carol Sabourin of St. Charles, Richard Sabourin of Sudbury and Diane Sabourin (Daniel) of Hagar. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren David, Shawn, Jessica as well as by her great-grandchild Abselon. Also survived by her brothers Gilles of Toronto, Gérald (Annette) of Port Elgin, Lucien (Aurore) of Verner, Floriant (Patsy) of Sudbury and by her sister Gisèle of Verner. Predeceased by her brother Rhéal (Murielle of Val Caron). Jeannine’s children wish to thank Dr. Andrée Morrison, the staff at the West Nipissing General Hospital and the staff of l’Aides aux Seniors of Noelville for the excellent care and compassion shown to their mother during her illness. The family will receive friends at St.Thomas Church, Warren, Monday May 7 2012 after 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements in care of the Théoret Bourgeois Funeral Home, Verner.
