The family announces with sorrow his death in Sudbury, Monday November 19 2012, at the age of 73 years. Son of the late Joseph and of the late Rose (née Prudhomme) Deforge. Loving husband of Colette Amyotte Deforge of Sudbury. Survived by his children Pierre (Pat) of Sturgeon Falls, Mona Drouin (Don) of Whitehorse, Yukon, Fernande Deforge (Ken) of Erin, ON and by their mother Antoinette Campbell of Powassan. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Vincent, Joseph, Abraham, Ian, Amanda, Jessey and Kyle. Also survived by his brother Rolly (Dawna) of North Bay and his sister Jeanette Czekus (Carl) of Cambridge. Predeceased by his many other brothers and sisters. The family will receive friends at the Théorêt Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls, Thursday November 22, 2012 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday November 23, 2012 at 11:00 am in Sacré Coeur church, Sturgeon Falls. Donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation would be appreciated (cheques only).
