Séguin, Lionel (1932-2018)

The family announces with sorrow his death in Lavigne, Sunday, September 2nd 2018, at the age of 85 years. Son of the late Napoléon and Bertha (née Joly) Séguin. Loving Husband of Marguerite Séguin (née Bourassa) of Lavigne. Dear father of François (Lise) of Hanmer, Denise Séguin of North Bay, Daniel of Cache Bay, Jacqueline Séguin of Mississauga, Thérèse Roussel (Claude) of St Jérome, Québec, and Joanne Séguin (Eric Lavoie) of St Jean sur Richelieu, Québec. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grand-children Louis (Lisa), Mario (Marianne), Geneviève (Connor), Joey (Demmy), Samuel (Élodie), Renée-Claude (Mathieu), Michelle (Steve) as well as his great grand-children Nicholas and Abigail. He is survived by his other brothers Roland (late Bernice) of Sturgeon Falls, Edouard (Jeanne D’Arc) of Sturgeon Falls, and Rhéal (late Denise) of Mattawa. Predeceased by his brothers Léo, Roméo, and Roger. The family will receive friends at the Théorêt Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls, Saturday September 15th, 2018 at 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and at 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral prayers will be held in the funeral home chapel at 8 p.m.
