I met Serge in August, 1997...about 2 weeks later, I met Serge's family...I was worried his Mom wouldn't like me, but I could only keep my hopes up...the first visit, she only stared at me...I passed her approval...the second visit, well I found out Mom could speak a bit of English...she asked me a question..."You gain weight"??? That broke the barrier...from that day on, everytime I saw her, she would ask the same question "You gain weight"??? But I knew that she only meant well...I gained a beautiful Mother-in-Law over the years!!! I was very honoured to have been a part of her life for 18 years...I will miss you very much Mom...Rest in Peace now, God Bless❤️🙏
