The family announces with sorrow her death in Sudbury, Thursday January 10th, 2013 at the age of 93 years. Daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret Fisher. Predeceased by her husband Marcel Vallee. Dear sister of Mary Therrien of Dokis First Nation. Predeceased by her sister Agnes Canfield and by her brother Sandy Fisher. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews Ephrem Commanda, Gertie Fisher, Danny Commanda all of Garden Village, Dale Commanda (Maryse) of Garson, Bruce Therrien (Debbie) of Cambridge, Tina Lariviere (Brian) of Dokis First Nation, Paul Therrien (Natasha) Sault St Marie, Michigan USA, Andrew Therrien of Sudbury, Timothy Therrien (Charlene) of Toronto. Also survived by her cousins Joan Fisher of Cache Bay and Adrianne Fisher of Toronto. Predeceased by her cousins Linda Fisher and Morris Fisher. Marie loved to play Bingo, make crafts, take trips and attend family gatherings. She was a devout parishioner of Christ the King Church in Sudbury. The family will receive friends at Holy Spirit Church, Garden Village, Thursday January 17th 2013 from 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday January 18th at 11 a.m. in Holy Spirit Church.
