The family announces with sorrow the passing of Marie-Reine (née Dubuc) Laframboise at home on Lake Chebogan in Crystal Falls on Saturday November 14th 2015 at the age of 86 years. Marie was born October 6th, 1929 in Crystal Falls, the daughter of Albert and Blanche Dubuc (née Lacoursière) of Crystal Falls. Marie was the loving wife of the late Marcel Laframboise of Crystal Falls. She is survived by her children, Lauraine and Ann of Crystal Falls, Patrick and Madeleine Beaudry (Rhéal) of Sturgeon Falls. She was predeceased by her son Ivan who passed away at the age of eleven. Marie was a dear sister of Rhéa Wolfram (Arthur), Jeannine Filion (Roger), Denise Dubuc, Anita Dubuc, Frederick Dubuc (Dawna), and Madeleine Vaillancourt (Robert). She was predeceased by her sisters Yvette Peterson (Bill), Thérèse Danis (Rodolph), Albert Dubuc (Jacqueline) and Sylvio Dubuc. Marie will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Misty Arbour (Ivan), Phillipe Beaudry, Justin Laframboise, Sylvie Beaudry, Skye Quenneville and her great-granddaughter Janick Arbour. The family will receive family and friends at the Théorêt-Bourgeois Funeral Home in Sturgeon Falls on Friday November 20, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday November 21, 2015 at 1:30 pm by Father Jean Legault at St-Jean Baptiste church in Verner. Marie’s family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr. K. Bourgault, Père Jean Legault and members of the CCAC staff including her nurse Sylvie Bourass, Helen Shank (Case Manager), Sandra Nicholson, RoseAnne Church and Amanda Sergerie as well as the staff at the West Nipissing General Hospital. One of our mother’s most cherished dreams was to remain in the home she had built with our father until the day came when our Lord was ready to bring her to heaven. There we believe she will once again be reunited with her beloved Marcel and her beautiful son, Ivan, as well as the many loved ones who have gone before. Donations to the West Nipissing General Hospital Foundation or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated (cheques only).
