The family announces with sorrow her death in Sturgeon Falls, Sunday, February 15, 2015 at the age of 83 years. Daughter of the late Léo Monette and of the late Dora (née Ferguson) Monette. Wife of the late François Philion. Cherished mother of Monique Prévost (Marcel) of Hanmer, Cosette Philion of Sturgeon Falls, Yvon (Jeannine) of Cache Bay, Suzette Philion, Nicole Philion (Ernie Lapierre), Claude (Shirlie), Guy (May) and Léo (Natalie) all from Sturgeon Falls. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her 20 grandchildren and by her many great-grandchildren and great- great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her sister, Jeanne d’Arc Perreault and by her three brothers, Florian Monette, Roger Monette and Guy Monette. The family will receive family and friends at the Theoret Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls, Friday, February 20, 2015 from 1 to 3 pm. Funeral prayers to follow at 3:00
