Viola passed away peacefully on January 6, 2015 at the age of 54, at the West Nipissing General Hospital in Sturgeon Falls. Pre-deceased by her mother, Roxy Hunt (Shean), father, Kenneth Hunt, mother-in-law, Barbara Chalmers, father-in-law, Jack Chalmers, sisters-in-law, Wanda Browning and Jenny Chalmers and her two nieces. Viola is survived and missed by her husband, Edward Chalmers, daughter, Shaunna Foster (Harper), son Josh Chalmers, son-in-law Shaun Foster, granddaughter, Alexis McMacken and her Grandson. She is also survived by her in-laws George and Karen Chalmers and family, Tom and Dave Chalmers and families, Sabrina, Jackie and Heidi and families, brother Bill Prentice, sister-in-law Chris Patterson and family, her many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Special mentioning to her Aunty Ellen Stone and Uncle Don Steinbach, Janice Cawston and Tammy Haase. A memorial will be held at the Jocko Point Fire Hall, On January 17th, 2015 at 2 pm.
