Yvette  Beaudry (née Serré)
The family announces with sorrow her death in Sturgeon Falls, Thursday May 8, 2014 at the age of 89 years. Daughter of the late Émile Serré and of the late Blanche (née Vallière) Serré. Predeceased by her husband Léonard Beaudry. Loving mother of Claude (Jeanne d’Arc) of Longlac, Claudette Malette (Yvon) of Cache Bay, George (Jodi) of Verner and Suzanne Savage (Raymond) of Sturgeon Falls. Predeceased by her sons Yvon (Linda of Cache Bay) and Gilbert. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by her grandsons Charles Malette and Charles Savage. Also survived by her sister Lucille Prior (late George) of North Bay. Predeceased by her sisters Rita Armitage-Boyuk (late Clifford and late Bill), Claudette Gardiner (late William James “Bill”), Georgette Turcotte (late Paul) and by her brothers Fernand (late Georgette), Gérard (late Nancy) and Marcel (Grace). Yvette was a kind and generous person always giving and there to help others. She will be most remembered as always having soup ready for her many friends and family. We are all sure that there is a large garage sale in heaven today. Many thanks and appreciation to Dr Jean Anawati and the staff at Au Pavillon for their dedicated and compassionate care for Yvette. The family will receive friends at Théorêt Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls, Friday May 9, 2014 from 7:00 to 9:00. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday May 10, 2014 at 9:30 in Sacré Coeur Church, Sturgeon Falls. Donations to the West Nipissing General Hospital (Au Pavillon ) would greatly be appreciated (cheques only)
